All pricing is designed to keep you working out and accountable. If a session is missed without 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the session.

In Person Training To Your Location

12 sessions, meet up to 3 times per week, $672 per month, (55 min sessions)

8 sessions, meet up to 2 times per week, $464 per month, (55 min sessions)

4 sessions , meet once a week, $260 per month, (55 min sessions)

Buy more and save: 40 sessions for $2,120–Sessions must be used in 6 months

Online Training

12 sessions, meet 3x per week, $635 per month, (sessions are 1 hour)

8 sessions, meet 2x per week, $432 per month, , (sessions are 1 hour)

4 sessions, meet once a week, $225, , (sessions are 1 hour)
