I'm Monica Monedero and  started Get Fit With Monica more than 15 years ago with the intention of providing Fitness to Clients to their home or business.  I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, ACSM

Whether it's getting fit with HIIT, Yoga, toning, strength, rehabilitation, assisted stretching or little bit of all the above, we will find the right training that fits your level of fitness and help you grow from there! That's Johanna in the photo above in her garage! She still works with me after having her baby and is in great shape!

My client Janet says. "the online training provides a focused a personalized session that she did not expect online." The 1-ON-1 guidance, attention to your form, but  still having to be accountable to be at the session helps- and,  it's as simple as turning on your iPad!

Sometimes you just need some assisted stretching after your workout! Oh, and yes, dogs can watch.--that's Daisy in the backgrount!
